Job Title:

Fire Watchman / Site Laborer

Ensure the safety of welding structural framework on the exterior of a building in Manhattan by closely monitoring all welding activities. Perform general labor tasks on large scale commercial job sites.

• Monitor welding operations to ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Watch over the welding structural framework to prevent and address any potential hazards.
• Maintain a constant presence in the designated area to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
• Perform construction general labor tasks on job site including moving tools and materials, site clean up, etc.

• Possession of F60 & G60 certifications.
• Completion of OSHA 30 and SST (Site Safety Training) courses.
• Must have experience working on large scale construction sites performing site labor or doing fire watch.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in New York, NY.
