• Support data collection through document reviews and database development/management.
• Plan and analyze project costs and schedules.
• Support the development of capital program plans, including prioritization, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Track and manage project scope changes and project risks.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables with strong attention to detail.
• Prepare project and program status reports.
• Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline with 1‑5 years of industry experience (internships included), or M.S. with 0‑5 years of industry experience; advanced degrees, registration and certifications are preferred.
• Presently legally authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship is required.
• Strong ability to work within project teams and contribute effectively.
• Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external clients.
• Proactive and self‑driven, able to navigate complexities and resolve hurdles.
• Close attention to detail, thorough in task execution, and timely in task completion.
• Strong analytical and data‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of common construction‑related software, including Primavera and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in contract dispute resolution, construction claims, litigation services, or construction consulting services is a plus but not required.
