Plumbing Estimator / Mechanical Estimator / Electrical Estimator

Plumbing Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/Electrical Estimator will work for a fourth-generation, privately owned and operated company since 1928, is New York's preeminent provider of plumbing, heating & air conditioning, fire protection and green solution services.

Plumbing Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/Electrical Estimator will be required to work with a company with a century of expertise. The company has played a vital role in New York City’s construction industry, earning a reputation for professionalism and reliability.

An Ideal Plumbing Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/Electrical Estimator will have plumbing-specific experience and good tenure.

Package
  • Salary Range: $89,000 – $117,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure accurate execution of project requirements.
  • Support the estimating department in delivering competitive and accurate bids.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an Estimator in the plumbing industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
