The City of New York is looking for a Cost Estimator within the Division of Building and Land Development Services. In this full-time role, you will manage and prepare cost estimates for construction projects assisted by HPD funding. Strong knowledge of NYC housing regulations and proficiency in cost estimating tools like RS Means are essential.
