Requirements:- Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
- 10-15+ years’ experience as a Construction Manager with responsibility for three (3) or more phases of construction namely pre-design, design, procurement, construction, and post-construction phases
- Strong construction contract knowledge and ability to mitigate risk
- Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, planning, delegation, coaching, communication (verbal, written and interpersonal)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
- OSHA 40
Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in healthcare construction/hospital
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
