• Ideally you already have a couple of years’ industry experience under your belt. But if you’ve recently graduated, and you’ve got some relevant internship experience, that’s fine too.
• Hunger and desire to build a career in construction as a Superintendent in the field
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Procore (or similar construction software is a plus)

• Base salary $80k - $120k depending on experience
