Construction Manager

Location: Manhattan, New York, NY (on-site)

Compensation: $90,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction projects across Manhattan from preconstruction through completion. The Construction Manager is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes, safety standards, and quality expectations while coordinating the teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders involved.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from initial planning through final closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Hire, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors and on-site crews, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications and resolve field issues as they arise.
• Ensure all work complies with NYC Department of Buildings codes, OSHA regulations, and site safety requirements.
• Manage permits, inspections, and required documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and city agencies.
• Track costs, process change orders, and report on project progress to ownership.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.

• 3–5+ years of construction management or supervisory experience, preferably in NYC.
• Working knowledge of NYC building codes, permitting, and DOB processes.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $90,000 per year.
