$35-$42/hr + Performance Bonuses + Leadership Opportunity
TAB Construction is expanding its in‐house concrete division and looking for an experienced concrete professional ready to help lead and grow a high‑quality crew.
Our region has a major shortage of reliable concrete contractors, and TAB is uniquely positioned with substantial equipment, forms, trucks, and infrastructure already in place. We are building a team focused on craftsmanship, professionalism, and long‑term growth.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to help build something lasting – not just move from one company to the next.
What You’ll Do- Lead residential concrete and foundation projects
- Oversee forming, pours, finishing, and site coordination
- Plan materials, manpower, and equipment needs
- Maintain high workmanship and safety standards
- Mentor junior crew members and help develop the team
- Coordinate with project managers and homeowners
- Help establish systems and standards for a growing division
- 5+ years of residential concrete experience
- Strong leadership and jobsite management skills
- Experience with foundations, slabs, forming, and finishing
- Ability to plan ahead and manage crews efficiently
- Pride in quality craftsmanship
- Dependable, professional attitude
