Construction: JT Magen & Co. Inc., a major NYC-based construction management firm seeks a cost estimator for its large-scale complex commercial projects in New York. Duties include preparing time, cost and labor estimates for construction projects, issuing and analyzing bids, performing quantity surveys. Must have a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying and construction economics, or construction management, plus six months' experience as estimator or cost manager.
