Senior Construction Superintendent

Location: Mount Upton, NY

Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead multiple active job sites, manage foremen and field crews, and drive manpower scheduling and workforce planning across projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and has proven experience managing multiple projects, crews, and schedules at once.

• Manage multiple job sites and field operations
• Supervise and support foremen and crews
• Plan and coordinate manpower and labor schedules
• Monitor project progress and adjust staffing as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA)
• Coordinate with Project Managers and leadership

• 10+ years of construction experience
• Experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
• Strong background in manpower planning and crew management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience in commercial construction
