We specialize in commercial and residential ground up and retail projects. We are looking for a motivated Entry‑Level Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. As an Entry‑Level MEP/FP Project Engineer, you will work closely with Project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, quality control, progress tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and report updates to project managers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
- Help resolve issues or delays that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Support client communications to ensure expectations are met
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical or electrical is a plus). Most importantly a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Basic understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and project management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- No prior project management experience required, but internships or coursework in construction and/or hands‑on construction is a plus
