Compensation
The salary for this position will be $175,000 to $190,000 depending on experience.

Role OverviewTutor Perini O&G Joint Venture is the company selected to execute construction of the Manhattan Jail Project in New York. The project is a $3.8B scope that includes a new state‑of‑the‑art facility with 1,040 beds, 20,000 square feet of community and commercial space, and 125 below‑grade accessory parking spaces for staff.
Responsibilities- Review project schedule for compliance with subcontractor onboarding process.
- Create and issue subcontractor commitments, including all required insurance startup and owner approval.
- Document accurate quantities on timecards and ensure compliance with the project cost coding structure.
- Manage all T&M processes via owner or subcontractor requirements.
- Input, monitor, and implement the JDE Quantity Book LDR & Cost Report accuracy.
- Draft letters/notices for Senior Project Manager review, coordinating with daily project demands.
- Review all owner notices, properly document and assess impacts for project team review.
- Develop and manage all contract provisions with subcontractor terms and condition language.
- Maintain PCO tracking and execute all project change requests from inception to final execution.
- Assist Senior Project Manager on all project compliance requirements.
- Act as the jobsite contact point for onboarding, subcontractor payment process development, and accounting reporting accuracy.
- Lead all JDE entries, contact lists, and issue resolution.
- Manage all project schedule duties and responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 10 or more years of building construction experience.
- Five or more years of Project Management experience managing multiple construction projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and execute projects based on scope of work, specifications, and schedules.
- Experience working on projects valued at $100 million or more for a general contractor.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
