Architectural Project Manager

Overview

Remote Project Manager role. This Jobot job is hosted by Sharon Brown. Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year. We are a nationwide commercial architectural firm seeking an architectural project manager with Revit and retail design experience to join our team.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with reliability, ensuring assignments are completed with accuracy and on time.
• Follow and give clear instructions, take direction from supervision, and stay well organized for future use.
• Solicit feedback and act on it to improve self and the team; adapt to various situations and ideas.
• Adhere to design standards and work collaboratively with clients and project teams.
• Communicate with clients professionally; mentor and train project team members.
• Manage the preparation and quality control of construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review, including coordinating revisions.
• Manage and prepare submittal packages to permitting agencies; coordinate outside project consultants (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and client vendors.
• Assist in managing client billing and monitor project profitability.
• Coordinate daily activities for Project Associates and Interns; manage construction administration and client updates.
• Schedule staff, project deadlines, and communicate with clients; prepare and review response letters addressing comments from outside drawing reviews.
• Attend municipal planning and zoning meetings and post-construction site visits/punch lists.
• Perform/review code analysis documents and ADA compliance.

• Professional Retail or Restaurant experience.
• Professional degree in Architecture (licensure preferred).
• LEED accreditation preferable.
• Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Basic experience with rendering software.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
