Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Lead commercial millwork installation crews on active construction job sites across office, retail, healthcare, education, and industrial projects;
Install knock-down metal frames, hollow metal doors, cabinetry, countertops, and related millwork components;
Interpret and work from blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to plan and execute installations;
Promote and enforce safety practices on site following OSHA guidelines;
Coordinate daily tasks, assign work, and provide direction to crew members to maintain productivity and meet project schedules
