Renovation Estimator & Lead Contractor (Profit Sharing Opportunity)

Queens Renovation Group is growing, and we're looking for a reliable renovation professional to become our go-to field partner.

We handle the marketing, lead generation, customer communication, scheduling, contracts, and project management. We're looking for someone who can meet homeowners, prepare accurate estimates, and complete high-quality renovation projects. This is not a salaried position. You'll be paid once the projects are awarded and completed.

Responsibilities:

Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
Inspect residential renovation projects
Take measurements and prepare estimates
Provide recommendations and renovation solutions
Complete projects with quality craftsmanship
Coordinate any additional workers or subcontractors as needed
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Deliver projects on time and on budget

Projects May Include:

Kitchen Renovations
Bathroom Remodels
Flooring Installation
Interior Painting
Drywall & Sheetrock
Framing
Tile Installation
Trim & Finish Carpentry
Basement Renovations
General Interior Renovations

Qualifications

3+ years of residential renovation experience preferred
Able to estimate residential renovation projects accurately
Experience managing small renovation jobs
Reliable transportation
Own basic tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
Honest, dependable, and professional
Ability to work independently

Compensation:

This is a profit-sharing opportunity.
