Job Description
Dewberry is seeking Construction Project Manager/Office Engineers to work on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area. To qualify, candidates must have prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA or NYC Public Agency projects and possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification. Preferred candidates will have office engineering experience maintaining the project documentation system, preparation of weekly reports, preparing monthly estimates and change orders and maintaining as-builts.
Site Manager experience is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification equivalent
- 6+ years’ relevant experience
- Site Manager experience
- Excellent communications and client relations skills
- Must have the ability to manage field staff and work as a team player
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary RangeThe projected range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
