Compensation Range: $65 - $76/hour

• Collect, review and accept pre-task plans, daily huddles, high-risk plans and other safety documentation as required by the NYC DOB.
• Documentation to be sorted and filed in binders and digitally on Procore project sites.
• Manage the MyComply software with the trade partners in collaboration with the Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Cross reference daily huddles to MyComply attendance to ensure workers that are signed-in on the daily huddle have badged.
• Post and maintain the permits to ensure a compliant site.

• FDNY Construction Site Fire Safety Manager or other FDNY certifications to perform fire guard and fire watch duties
• NYC DOB 62-Hour Site Safety Training Supervisor
