Location: New York
ArtemusPoint, a Manhattan-based contractor, seeks a Chief Estimator for commercial interiors in NYC and Florida. You will oversee the estimation process for interior fit-out and renovation projects valued to $50M, leading a four-estimator team and mentoring junior staff.
You will develop detailed cost estimates, analyze plans, secure competitive pricing from subs, evaluate bids, and use advanced estimating software to produce reports for senior leadership.
