Johnson Service Group seeks an experienced Building General Superintendent for a direct-hire, on-site role in Midtown Manhattan. You will supervise day-to-day construction operations on a bus terminal project, coordinating trades, suppliers and field personnel to drive efficient work flow and adherence to schedule.
The candidate will develop schedules, enforce safety policies, manage quality control, and communicate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and project managers.
