Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Lead commercial millwork installation crews on active construction job sites;
Install knock-down metal frames, hollow metal doors, cabinetry, countertops, and related millwork components;
Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan installations;
Promote and enforce safety practices on site per OSHA and company policies;
Coordinate daily tasks, assign work, and provide direction to crew members to maintain productivity and meet schedules
