The company partners with owners, developers, and general contractors across commercial, residential, healthcare, institutional, and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through project closeout.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee project financials, including forecasting, billing, and change order management.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Supervise field operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
  • Lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare project reports and ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–10 years of commercial plumbing and fire protection project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and change order management.
  • Experience using Procore and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
