Position: Job Opportunity Construction Project Manager – Midtown South NYC
Location: New York

A busy construction company is seeking an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects in NYC. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of commercial & residential construction, highly organized, and can lead site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to meet our clients’ standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of residential construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
  • Coordinate and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
  • Ensure adherence to NYC building codes, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal team
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and updates
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in high-end residential & commercial construction projects (NYC experience strongly preferred)
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Planswift, MS Project & all Microsoft etc.)
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA.
  • Experience working with high-end custom residential or commercial projects.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Full-Time – Salary $100k+/- (negotiable) depending on experience
