Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Superintendent to independently supervise an area of trade contractors with work valued up to $30M. This role will be on the job site every day, playing a key role on the project team.
You will oversee day-to-day coordination, maintain the project schedule, enforce safety plans, and lead contractor meetings while communicating effectively with owners, trades, and project partners on a large commercial/industrial project in New York City.
