Senior Scheduler
Nasco Construction Services Inc. The Senior Scheduler may be a full-time or part time position. On-site or remote roles may be considered. This position is responsible for developing construction schedules, reviewing contractor's schedules for conformance, and developing delay analysis.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and familiarity with project management tools.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and methodologies across renovation, restoration, rehabilitation, and new construction.
- Experience creating and analyzing detailed CPM schedules, identifying critical paths, float, and resource constraints.
- Ability to interpret design documents, specifications, and cost estimates to inform realistic and accurate schedules.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing schedule narratives, reports, and client presentations.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with project managers, estimators, designers, and contractors.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls; prior experience in consulting environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with risk analysis, phasing plans, and schedule impact assessments for change orders and delays.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be located near Armonk NY or willing to travel to Armonk NY.

- The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, and budget.
