Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for building excellence in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities across design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and execution.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and identify potential delays.
• Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction documents to ensure clarity and compliance with project specifications.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed and work is performed efficiently.
• Utilize tools such as Pro Core, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, Heavy Bid, and other industry-standard software for project management and documentation.
• Manage project costs through accurate estimating using construction estimating techniques and monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site supervision.
• Proficiency with construction management software including Pro Core, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, Heavy Bid, and related tools.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills along with a solid understanding of schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of contracts administration and construction law principles.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Effective project coordination skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams on complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations and safety regulations.
