Project Manager; Concrete​/Superstructures

Role Overview

We are working with a growing specialty contractor that is looking to add a Project Manager to its team due to an increasing pipeline of work across Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx
.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple foundation and structural packages from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Projects include SOE (Support of Excavation), foundations, and superstructures ranging from 10 to 45 storeys
, with package values between $10M and $20M
.

• Manage projects from award through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and project reporting.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Review drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Attend client and site meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with SOE, foundations, concrete, excavation, or structural construction.
• Strong commercial and technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Candidates living within the NYC five boroughs are preferred.

• $130,000–$150,000+ DOE
