Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

Must have NYCHA Rehabilitation experience with a General Contractor

We are actively seeking multiple experienced Project Managers to support a growing portfolio of NYCHA rehabilitation and capital improvement projects throughout New York City's five boroughs.

This opportunity is ideal for construction professionals with a proven track record managing NYCHA rehabilitation projects from preconstruction through closeout. Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills, experience managing occupied residential renovations, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Manage all phases of NYCHA rehabilitation and renovation projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with NYCHA requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting cost, quality, or schedule.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting on project performance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with field teams to drive successful project execution.

• Direct NYCHA rehabilitation project experience is required.
• Strong background in multifamily residential renovation, occupied housing, or public-sector construction.
• Demonstrated success managing projects from start to finish.
• Solid understanding of construction management, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience working on projects throughout New York City's five boroughs.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Base salary up to $200,000, depending on experience.
