Assistant Project Manager; Concrete​/Superstructures

Role Overview Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers on active foundation and structural construction projects throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx
.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue developing within heavy civil/foundation construction while gaining exposure to complex projects ranging from 10 to 45 storeys
.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Track schedules and project costs.
• Attend site meetings and assist with project reporting.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of construction experience.
• Experience with foundations, concrete, excavation, SOE, or structural projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Candidates residing within the NYC five boroughs are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000–$120,000 DOE
