Location: New York
Role Overview
Our client is looking to add an Estimator to support its expanding portfolio of foundation and structural construction work across Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx
.
The successful candidate will prepare estimates for SOE, foundation, and superstructure packages ranging between $10M and $20M
, working closely with operations and preconstruction teams.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Assist with value engineering and bid submissions.
- Support handover to operations following project award.
- Experience estimating foundation, excavation, concrete, SOE, or structural projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Candidates living within the NYC five boroughs are preferred.
- $100,000–$130,000 DOE
- Stable workload across NYC.
- Opportunity to work on technically challenging projects.
