, we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in estimating. You don't need ten years of experience. You need strong construction fundamentals, curiosity, and the drive to become an outstanding estimator.
For nearly two decades, we've been transforming NYC rooftops into beautiful, functional landscapes. Our mission:
Put More Plants on More Roofs. We're a WBE-certified firm growing steadily and investing in the next generation of estimating talent.
You've worked in construction and find yourself asking:
- "How did they come up with that price?"
- "There's got to be a better way to build this."
- "I actually enjoy reading plans."
- Assistant Estimator, Project Engineer, APM, or Field Supervisor
- Landscape, Civil, Roofing, or Waterproofing Contractor
- Another commercial construction specialty
Alongside our leadership team, you'll develop expertise in:
- Quantity takeoffs and estimating
- Reading plans and specifications
- Vendor/subcontractor management
- Cost analysis and bid preparation
- LMN estimating software
- Green roof construction systems
- Over time, you'll take increasing ownership of our Bid-Build estimating process.
