STV is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator for its Project Controls group to support the NYC School Construction Authority in developing accurate cost estimates for proposed construction change orders. Responsibilities include validating quantities, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracts, and negotiating fair costs with contractors.
The role requires reviewing change requests, analyzing change orders, RFIs, and scope revisions, and identifying cost, schedule, and constructability impacts.
