Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• lead the commercial management of Neko Health's construction program across US markets
• establish a US cost benchmarking database and vendor ecosystem with rates benchmarked across markets
• own the end-to-end cost management of Neko Health centers across the US
• conduct regular site visits to verify work for progress payments
• support design excellence by providing cost advice and value engineering options
• lead the commercial administration of construction contracts
• track and report on commercial KPIs
• produce feasibility budgets and estimates for potential sites across US markets
• lead the bid process for vendors and general contractors
• collaborate with design teams to provide cost input at each design stage

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Cost Manager, Senior Estimator, or Preconstruction Manager (consultancy or owner/client-side)
• strong understanding of interior fit-out construction, US cost methodologies and estimate classes (CSI Master Format, Uni Format, AACE Class 1–5)
• excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects across multiple US jurisdictions
• high adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Demonstrates extensive experience in cost management and estimation for construction projects, with a strong focus on US cost methodologies and collaboration with design teams. Proven ability to lead commercial administration of contracts and manage projects across multiple jurisdictions while providing strategic cost advice.
