You will oversee commercial and/or residential building construction from initiation to completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/Arch, 8+ years construction PM experience, and PMP/OSHA 30 preferred.
