We’re partnering with two of New York’s premier luxury residential general contractors, both known for delivering some of the city’s most iconic high-end homes. As demand grows, they’re looking to bring x2 experienced Construction Site Supervisor - Luxury Residential on board to lead landmark construction projects in Manhattan
What You’ll Be Doing:- Overseeing day-to-day site operations for luxury residential projects (ground-up & gut renovations)
- Coordinating with project managers, architects, subs, and designers
- Maintaining top-tier safety, quality, and scheduling standards
- Leading and mentoring on-site teams
- 8+ years’ experience in construction, with a strong background in high-end residential work at the top level
- Deep knowledge of NYC construction practices and DOB requirements
- SST Certified
- Experience working for well known contractors in this market
- Familiarity with ultra high-end finishes
Salaries for both positions range up to circa $200k, plus benefits, 401k etc - this is negotiable for the right candidate
