Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Labor & Trades

Other Pay Range: $97,710.00 – $
- Lead construction projects from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex construction or industrial projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, project controls, contractor management, and safety programs.
- Proven capability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive project execution.
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Combination of office, plant, and active construction site environments.
- Regular travel to project locations as needed.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, industrial equipment, and construction activities.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) required when working in operational and construction areas.
