Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the management of renovations and construction for all existing IGHL properties. Directs vendors and contractors in the planning, coordination and execution of work to be completed on time and within budget while maintaining safety standards.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesE
- Connotes Essential Functions
- · High School Diploma/GED required. Construction Management (AAS/AS), Building Construction Technology (AOS), Building Construction Technology (AOS) or related field preferred.
- · Minimum five (5) years construction experience required.
- · Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities
- · Knowledge of construction management processes, methods, means, stages of construction, and regulations.
- · Excellent time and projects management skills
- · Prior working experience in construction management
- · Must be able to work with electronic devices and proficient with MS office suite
- · Valid NYS Driver’s License
- · Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
