We are searching for a full-time Project Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in the project for both Infinite Consulting and the wider Construction Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, considering all project elements and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
- Utilize scheduling software to create detailed project timelines, incorporating milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, proposing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
- Communicate schedule changes, updates, and potential impacts to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Analyze project schedules to optimize resource utilization, minimize downtime, and enhance overall project efficiency.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules, discuss progress, and address any scheduling concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on project schedule performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience within project controls/project scheduling desired
- OSHA 30 required (can be obtained upon hire if necessary).
- Experience working on complex, high-value projects in the NYC area.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting MTA projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and similar project management software essential.
