Balchem Corporation is seeking an Employee Health & Safety Coordinator - Temp to join the Slate Hill site. This role reports to the Plant Manager and receives EHS direction from the Regional EHS Manager.
You will perform Job Hazard Analyses, PPE hazard assessments, safety inspections, and develop site training content. You will maintain EHS records and support incident management while driving culture change toward zero incidents. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
