You will work on real Concrete 3D Printing projects across multiple states, applying multi-disciplinary knowledge to the next generation of construction site. Responsibilities:

Material Loading: Stocking separate mixer bins with sand, cement powder, and water prior to arrival daily operations
Calibration: Adjusting mixer gate settings and dials to ensure the raw materials feed into the mixing auger at accurate ratios for specific strength requirements.
On-Site Mixing: Monitoring the mixing process from a rear-mounted control panel to dispense the exact amount of concrete needed by the print operator
Equipment Maintenance: Flushing the mixing auger and discharge chutes with water immediately after each day to prevent the concrete from hardening inside the machinery

Must Have:

Willingness and availability to travel up to 65% to support field construction operations.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges during the mixing process.
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation
Reliable, punctual, and professional in an in-person setting
Heavy equipment Operation (backhoe, skid steer, and/or telehandler)

Nice to have:

2 years of experience operating volumetric mixers and or concrete pumps
Experience with Graco Rotor/Stator pumps (or equivalent)
Familiarity with concrete-construction jobsites (Footing,Slabs, tiltup construction)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
