ABOUT THE COMPANYA leading Construction Commercial Interior General Contractor is looking to hire a Senior Estimator to join their Manhattan office due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high-end interior projects across NYC.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator with experience within the Construction Commercial Interior market to join a well-respected business delivering corporate interiors, workplace fit-outs, tenant improvement projects, and high-end commercial renovations throughout Manhattan.
ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Senior Estimator will play a key role within the preconstruction team, managing estimates from initial budgeting through to final bid submission on Construction Commercial Interior projects across New York City.
Responsibilities- Preparing detailed estimates and budgets
- Reviewing drawings and specifications
- Managing subcontractor pricing and bid leveling
- Supporting value engineering exercises
- Working closely with project management and leadership teams
- Leading estimating efforts on Construction Commercial Interior projects
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Estimator within the Construction Commercial Interior market
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out projects
- Experience pricing construction interior projects throughout NYC
- Up to $180,000 base salary
- Hybrid working schedule – 2 days working from home
