I-Grace seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager with project documentation, financials, and subcontractor submissions for high-end residential projects. You will serve as the main liaison among I-Grace, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project execution.
Requirements include 2+ years in luxury construction or facilities mgmt, proficiency with Sage 300/Timberline, MS Project, and MS Office. A relevant Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
