We are looking for a Superintendent to help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget, and that exceed client expectations. We provide our superintendents with the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard. The Superintendent directly supervises the field labor force, including subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

They must also have strong client service skills and an understanding of all of the trades associated with commercial interior construction and high-end renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establishing budgets and controlling cost
• Identify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
• Identify project risk, and work to mitigate it
• Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections
• Follows company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards
• Manages jobsite cleanliness
• Prepares daily time cards for personnel under supervision
• Prepares daily logs

• At least five years of relevant experience as a Superintendent, preferably in interior, high-end commercial general contracting
• Must have a proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces
• Capable of managing/coordinating multiple quick turnaround projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
• 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
