Your new company and role
A leading, national GC with large-scale public sector projects in NYC is looking to hire a Project Engineer/Coordinator to join their team.
This is an opportunity to be a part of large-scale projects ranging up to $500MM in value.
Your new roleKey responsibilities include:
- Track Submittals, Change Orders and RFI’s
- Directly support the PM and Superintendent on field coordination
- Maintain and document records
- Assist with identifying and communicating any potential issues
- Some experience (1–3 years) of project coordination within the construction field
- NYC public sector experience is highly desired, along with working with MWBE requirements
- Familiarity with programs like Primavera P6, Procore, and CMiC
- Must be a strong communicator, both written and oral, with attention to detail
- $85–95K Base salary
