Construction Foreman

Flows Construction Corp. | New York City | Full-Time | On-Site

Flows Construction Corp. is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead crews and oversee interior and exterior construction projects throughout New York City.

We are looking for a hands-on foreman who understands the work, knows how to manage a crew, and can keep a job moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Supervise and coordinate construction crews on active job sites
• Organize daily work and assign responsibilities to crew members
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, safety, and project progress
• Communicate daily progress, material needs, delays, and site conditions to project management
• Identify job-site problems and take appropriate action to keep work moving
• Ensure work is completed according to project requirements and company standards
• Coordinate and supervise both interior and exterior construction work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Step in and demonstrate proper work methods when necessary

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience
• Previous experience as a Construction Foreman, Crew Leader, or similar supervisory position
• Strong leadership and crew-management skills
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of general construction and renovation
• Comfortable supervising and working on exterior projects
• Experience with roofing and façade work
• Comfortable working with scaffolds, ladders, and at heights
• Strong understanding of construction-site safety
• Ability to read job conditions, identify problems, and make practical decisions in the field
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities

• Framing and sheetrock/drywall
• Plaster and painting
• Tile installation
• Wood flooring
• Demolition
• Kitchen renovations
• Bathroom renovations
• Roofing
• Façade and exterior construction

We are looking for someone who can lead from the field
, not simply assign tasks. The right candidate should be able to organize workers, recognize quality work, correct problems, communicate clearly with management, and take responsibility for the progress of the job.

Compensation: 25$–50$ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
