A well-established architectural metals and glazing contractor is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in commercial glazing, storefront, curtain wall, or architectural metals who is ready to take the next step into project management.
Key Responsibilities- Support Project Managers with day-to-day management of commercial glazing and storefront projects
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project schedules
- Assist with material procurement, fabrication, deliveries, and installation coordination
- Communicate with GCs, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
- Track project costs, change orders, invoices, and documentation
- Help maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with field teams to keep projects on schedule
- Assist with resolving project issues and coordinating solutions
- Attend project meetings and provide project updates
- Maintain accurate project records using Procore and Microsoft Office
- Assist with punch lists, closeout, and final documentation
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience
- Background in glazing, storefront, curtain wall, architectural metals, or building envelope preferred
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Procore experience preferred
- Construction-related degree or technical education preferred, but not required
