Based in Amityville, NY, this role balances leadership in office strategy and hands‑on field oversight across projects in the Five Boroughs and Long Island. You’ll oversee a $15 million operation, manage project teams and subcontractors, and play a critical role in driving results and maintaining operational excellence.

- Lead and manage field operations including 2 project managers, 12 in‑house technicians, 6 trucks, and subcontractors.
- Supervise daily warehouse functions and coordinate routing, scheduling, and workforce needs.
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance, quality control, and performance expectations.
- Communicate daily with project managers and subcontractors to align on job execution.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and implement effective solutions.
