Our client, NYC-based real estate developer, is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team to work on residential projects.
Responsibilities:- Assist senior PM with all project phases (preconstruction to completion)
- Work with key stakeholders including Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and planning
- Own the documentation of each project (progress reports, logs, submittals, etc)
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
- Monitor project expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost control
- Identify and address project risks, ensuring compliance with building codes
- Supervise project teams and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- 3-6+ years of experience in construction project management
- Microsoft Office experience is required
- Procore experience is required
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards
