Seeking a Program Master Scheduler for a High Rise Design Build Project. This is an immediate need.

Responsibilities

As the Program Master Scheduler, you are expected to demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and teambuilding skills. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with full transparency, in alignment with Client and Program requirements. You will be responsible for managing the schedule team and supporting them in their review, analysis and reports of the construction schedules submitted by the Design-Builders.

One of your main priorities is to ensure the Program Master Schedule is developed and maintained and aligned across the entire program.

This position will report to the Program Manager and will work closely with the Program Deputies, Program Controls Manager, and the facility Senior Project Manager.

Position Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proficiency in Primavera P6. Manage the Scheduling team, providing guidance and support while assisting with reviews of cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules. Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly across multiple projects, with strong awareness of on-site construction activities (high-rise work) to ensure accurate and timely updates to the Program Master Schedule. Develop, update, and maintain the Program Master Schedule. Prepare monthly schedule narrative reports, including analysis of monthly findings, identification of schedule impacts, and recommendations for corrective action plans to mitigate or avoid cost and/or schedule overruns.

Monitor, review, and report the Program Master Schedule status to the Client and Executive Management Team. Must be proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare, explain, and present scheduling findings in meetings with the Client, A/E representatives, and other stakeholders. Develop “what-if” scenarios, mitigation schedules, look-ahead schedules, and perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA). Demonstrated expertise in Time Impact Analysis (TIA) methodologies.

Identify schedule risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to proactively mitigate potential project delays. Conduct change orders by validating schedule impacts Perform estimation reviews to confirm assumptions and constructability Participate on modification request analysis by developing impact narratives, identifying dependencies, and supporting timely approvals

As the Program Master Scheduler, you must possess the following abilities:
Must have experience in Institutional/Highrise building construction. Proficient in using Primavera P6, MS Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in both project and program level collaboration and reporting. Design and Construction Schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM). Relevant construction scheduling experience in planning, scheduling, expediting, maintaining, and reporting the progress/status of work. Must have reliable, proven, and verifiable record of career stability and scheduling success.

Understanding construction and construction means and methods. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
