Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Night MEP Superintendent in New York City, NY. The role involves overseeing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems across the construction lifecycle and coordinating with owners, tenants, and professional teams.
Strong BIM experience with Navisworks, Revit, or BIM Glue is preferred. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction management and a background from the sub-contractor world with exposure to corporate interiors.
