The Concrete Superintendent supervises field crews and manages daily production on assigned projects. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of concrete operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate concrete crews.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Schedule daily manpower and equipment needs.
- Operate heavy equipment as required.
- Conduct daily safety meetings.
- Monitor labor hours against production targets.
- Coordinate inspections and deliveries.
- Prevent rework and enforce quality control.
- 5+ years concrete experience.
- 2+ years supervisory experience.
- OSHA 30 and NYC SST required.
- Equipment operation proficiency.
Skills:
- Experience on high-rise or structural projects.
- Bilingual communication skills.
